Results Chain
May 2, 2025
As stated in MOOC Module 4, the Results Chain “links together inputs, activities and results in a logical way, and as such forms the backbone of logframes. We usually define results—in the context of governance and development—as the top three elements of the result chain: outputs, outcomes and impact. And most importantly, results are not inputs or activities”. The below elements of a results chain and related definitions are from MOOC Module 4, Annex 1’s “beginner’s guide” to understanding and developing a Results Chain.
