Course Reader for MOOC Module 5

This is Module 5 (in a series of 5 modules) of the massive online open course on mainstreaming ECE into education sector planning. It provides guidance on implementation arrangements and capacity needed to implement an effective ESP (including ECE components). It also covers the establishment of the ESP’s Monitoring and Evaluation Framework and next steps part of the ESP process, such as appraising the ESP.
