The ESA Methodological Guidelines provide methods for carrying out a comprehensive analysis of the Education Sector in developing countries. Chapter 7 focuses on Early Childhood Development (ECD), and its intended objective is to support detailed analysis of the ECD subsector to enable its more harmonious, equitable and efficient development.
