Ghana's Early Childhood Education Policy Framework

This framework comprises (1) an ECE policy; (2) ECE operational plan; and (3) monitoring and evaluation framework.  The development of this ECE Policy Framework was a consultative and iterative process lead by the ECE Technical Working Group.
