How developing minimum standards increased access to pre-primary education.

This case study examines the minimum standards for ECE to guide quality assurance in the subsector in Rwanda. A blog post titled “A spotlight on Rwanda’s measuring classroom quality study” looks at findings from a research project and how data collected on the quality of pre-primary classrooms will be used to make positive impacts on the quality of early learning.
