SABER (Systems Approach for Better Education Results) initiative is helping the World Bank and its development partners to collect and analyze information on policies and identify actionable priorities for strengthening education systems, so that all children and youth can be equipped with knowledge and skills for life. There is a specific module on early childhood development.
