Universalization of early childhood education in Vietnam

This case study shares efforts in Vietnam to implement national ECE universalization for 3-4-year-old children through the development of a national ECE scheme for children and the National Education Development Strategic Plan (EDSP) for the period 2021-2030, of which ECE is an integral component. ​​​​​​​
