Published in 2019, this is UNICEF’s first global report on pre-primary education. This global report provides a comprehensive data-driven analysis of the current state of pre-primary education globally, a vision for improving equitable access to and quality of ECE, especially in low- and lower-middle-income countries, and a set of recommendations for accelerating progress towards achieving universal quality pre-primary education.
