Tools for Transformation: Early Learning Through the ECE Accelerator Toolkit

 In this blog post, UNICEF advocate's for a systems approach to ECE programming and introduces the ECE Accelerator Toolkit that supports countries to mainstream ECE by embedding it into Education Sector Plans. The authors illustrate with examples of three countries (Sierra Leone, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan) that have used the ECE Accelerator Toolkit to advance access to quality ECE. The authors presented on this subject at a webinar hosted by the KIX Europe, Asia, Pacific (EAP) hub in November 2021.
