Kyrgyzstan’s TORs and Regulations for the ECE Steering Committee

The ECE Steering Committee was established pursuant to an order by the Minister of Education in accordance with the relevant laws, regulations and policies. This Steering Committee has the explicit mandate of supporting the Ministry of Education and Science with integrating/strengthening preschool education in the National Education Strategy and Action Plan. It operates as one of the working groups contributing to the development of these documents and coordinates accordingly with the other working groups.
